Why your donation makes a difference
Project Art works is a not-for-profit organisation and charity. We welcome all to participate in what we do and recognize that the relationships we nurture at all levels are invaluable to our success and to improving and sustaining quality of life for people with complex needs. Through donations made by you, the work we do is protected. Your contribution will be used to support our core activities, projects and a national programme of collaborations and exhibitions.
Co-founded by Kate Adams MBE (our Director) in 1997 the organisation continues to grow, sustaining a broad funding base. In 2016-2017 our predicted turnover is £500,000. We are an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation and generate our income through a combination of statutory grants, trusts and foundation grants, our corporate Art on Loan programme and individual donations.
We build ‘circles of support’ around individuals with complex needs and their families and carers in partnership with the voluntary sector, social care agencies and visual art organisations
Project Art Works’ financial plan is informed by this model of connected networks and this creates resilience for us. Through donating resources to Project Art Works financially you become part of a circle of support around us and those who benefit from our work.
If you would like to discuss a larger donation Kate Adams would be happy to discuss this with you – firstname.lastname@example.org
