Perceptions 2016: The Art of Citizenship, is an exciting variety of exhibitions and events, bringing colour, energy, imagination and discussion to Cork City. The project will run in September 2016 and aims to broaden the range of voices, visions, perceptions and approaches to creativity in cultural venues.
