Peer Support Network update
Summit, Wednesday 25th July, 1:30 – 4:30pm
What are your future aspirations for personalisation?
Join us at the next summit and make a Charter of Ambition and Rights with Project Art Works. In an open forum we will explore aspirations for personalisation and person-centred care. The discussion and ideas shared will feed into a Charter to empower decision making for individuals with complex needs, their families, support workers and carers. It will also provide guidance for commissioners and health and social care providers.
Running alongside the summit will be a creative workshop for all to take part in.
To feed into the Summit agenda send your responses to the question: What are your future aspirations for personalisation? to Esther, Community Networks Coordinator – [email protected]
