Connecting Families workshop – Preparing for Adulthood
Thursday 21st February, 11am – 1pm
Connecting Families workshops are informal, free sessions open to all families and carers who support young people or children with complex support needs. Amaze and East Sussex Transition Team will be joining us to lead a session on preparing for adulthood and transition from Childrens’ Services to Adult Service. The workshop is suitable for parents and carers of young people from age 14 onwards.
There’ll be an art action workshop in our studio space for all to take part in. If you’re bringing along a young person and they’d like to take part in the workshop, please email [email protected] to book a place.
