If so, then don’t miss our Connecting Families Workshop: 10.00 – 12.00 on Thursday 24th November.
The event will run at the Project Art Works’ arches in Hastings, and will offer the opportunity to hear directly from families at different stages of the transition process.
It is also a chance to meet members of the ESCC Transition team and NHS CCG Learning Disabilities Specialists who will talk about the services they provide and be on hand to answer questions that you may have.
