Emily Baines is the Creative Programme & Operations Co-ordinator, supporting the Programme Managers in the administration of the in-house programmes. She has over ten years’ experience in administration management and finance over various sectors; her previous work also includes Project Management for Arts Council grants and Access Support for Neurodiverse/Disabled professionals.
