PATH: Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope
PATH is a visual aspirational planning tool. Project Art Works works with artists/makers and their circles of support to explore hopes and aspirations guided by their North Star which represents an ideal future. PATH helps to identify long-term goals for individuals spanning employment, education, creative practice, interests, friendships, and community life; it records the steps and support needed to reach those goals.
