From the 18-21 July we will be running workshops with the Baltic staff team as part of the preparation and awareness raising for our exhibition, Residential, which opens in September.
Project Art Works are a Turner-Prize nominated, neurodiverse collective of artists and activists based in Hastings. We will be exhibiting at Baltic and running a major public programme, working with local people from the North East who are neurodivergent and their systems of support and care.
We would like to invite people who are neurodivergent, and especially those with more complex support needs to be part of those workshops.
These workshops are free to attend but booking is essential.
Please email [email protected] for more information, or call 01424 423555.

PAW has over 20 years’ experience in delivering high quality art projects in collaboration with people who have complex support needs, their families and support teams. Through this we work for people’s rights, and for greater representation of marginalised communities within the cultural sector and wider society.
The exhibition is a culmination of a 5-year international project called Explorers. The programme is part of Explorers, a national creative programme increasing the visibility and representation of neurodivergent artists in contemporary visual art, led by Project Art Works with cultural partners nationwide.
