Project Art Works invites you to join us at Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead for a two day In Process: Explorers Event.

Celebrating the close of Explorers, this event will bring together national conversations about how cultural institutions can evolve into more caring and inclusive spaces. In Process will embrace agency in art, systems of care and different artist development practices. This event aspires to be non-didactic and accessible and will include a majority of contributors with lived experience of disability, neurodivergence or as caregivers as well as artists, studios and institutions from around the UK.

Day 2 – Wednesday 29 November, 10.00 – 16.30

Explorers is a 6 year programme of exhibitions, artist residencies, activism and conversation with galleries and supported studios, focusing on putting neurodivergent people at the centre of cultural life.
