We are delighted to announce that Project Art Works films ‘Illuminating the Wilderness’, ‘The Mask’, ‘Tesselate’ and ‘No Church in the Wild’ have been shortlisted for 2020 Film London Jarman Award.

The prestigious award and £10,000 prize celebrates the pioneering work of the UK’s foremost artist filmmakers. Alongside Project Art Works, other artists selected for shortlist this year are:

  • Michelle Williams Gamaker
  • Hannah Quinlan and Rosie Hastings
  • Jenn Nkiru
  • Larissa Sansour
  • Andrea Luka Zimmerman

The winner of the prize will be announced on 24 November. The work of the shortlisted artists is available to view through the Whitechapel Gallery website. Download the Press Release here.

Tour Dates.
The work will be shown through the websites of seven major arts venues in Belfast, Nottingham, Bristol, Eastbourne, London, Cardiff and Glasgow.
