Two days of practical workshops were based in the main gallery space. An additional half-day evaluation was also completed on site with participating Fabrica staff.

Stage 1 of the project took place at the De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill, during November and December 2013. Stage 2 of the project took place at MK Gallery, Milton Keynes, in March 2014. Stage 3 of the project took place at Fabrica, Brighton, in June 2014.

The New Collaborations project was funded through a grant from Artswork/Bridge SE and additional support through Project Art Works from the Monument Trust.
