The Coronavirus Bill is due to be passed in government on Thursday of this week. It is our concern that the current suggestions will suspend many of the duties set out in the Care Act 2014 including the right for disabled people and their carers to have their eligible needs met through social care.

To defend the human rights of disabled people, please write to your MP in the next 24 hours.
