In July 2016, Project Art Works was awarded a small grant from the Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to deliver a pilot study. As part of this study we have a created a short online survey to help us to investigate what kinds of support are already available and/or whether new models of support might be needed to ensure high quality, sustainable and successful personalised provision.
